Executive Director
The Hospice Executive Director directs all activities of the agency in accordance with identified organizational goals to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations and to increase market share to obtain competitive position. Serves as administrator of record. Must have experience in budgeting, profit and loss management, billing and cash collections, reading and interpreting financial reports.
Must have a bachelor's degree in business or related field and or professional licensure in the field of nursing, human services or related fields., a master's degree is preferred. Must have extensive management experience in hospice or home healthcare.
